Hi there I Hope you are all doing well. I don’t understand the best way to get back links to my blog. Can anyone suggest the best way to go about doing this. My blog is called Suburban Adventure.

I think the best way to get links to your blog is to comment on other blogs! Most, if not all, ask for your website and add that link to your name when you comment, so share your opinion! You might even find some great blogs you love!  :)

I would suggest the following methods of getting “dofollow” backlinks.

1.   Link exchanges with other Mommy Bloggers
2.  Create a profile on Google+, Youtube and Pinterest and put your blog link in the profile.  All three have dofollow links on the profile.
3.  Post in forums that allow you to showcase a blog post.  Many blog oriented forums, have a “sharing forum thread” for sharing your latest post.
4.  Post all your blogposts at www.kumbuya.com in specific “camps” about your topic.  They allow dofollow links and the Camps are textually relevant if you pick wisely.
5.  Make sure to register your blog at www.Technorati.com.  You get a link plus you can get traffic if it gets popular.
6.  Submit your stories to Digg.  If they get picked up there (rare, but possible), they will get lots of traffic.
7.  Comment into high traffic blogposts that are very relevant to your topic.  Do a google search on the topic to find the most popular blogposts about that topic.

Google is changing its algorithm quite frequently.
Tips to blogger moms, whatever link building tactics you choose, natural link building is best.
Content is king. Write good and helpful article which will help readers.
